A high level of qualification of students of the higher technical professional courses in the areas of specialization related to IPCA’s educational project and the training needs of the Cávado and Ave region;
Extend the offer of higher technical professional courses to different target audiences, namely the active population;
Provide higher technical professional courses in straight cooperation with companies;
Foster students’ high level of qualification, within the cultural, scientific, technical and professional dimensions;
Produce and disseminate of knowledge;
Carry out applied research activities;
Provide services to the community, thereby valuing regional development;
Vision: be acknowledged as a school of national and international reference for the groundbreaking training of Higher Technical Professionals with a strong connection to the business world, thus promoting employability and contributing to the technological development and economic improvement in the areas of Design, Management, Hotel Business and Technology.
