The aim of this short cycle is to prepare students to plan, coordinate and manage tourism operations in the rural, nature and adventure context, all of this integrating the touristic experience with the conservation of natural resources and the sustainable development of tourism. Students will learn how to elaborate activities and study the market trends in this specific sector using the STO (segmentation, targetting and positioning) approach. Human resources management, promoting these destinations and plan strategies to preserve natural resources, are also among the many activities involved in this course.
