The aim of this short cycle course is to provide students with the necessary tools for them to be able to, autonomously or in a team, plan, execute or manage the execution, instalation and maintenance of industrial automations, taken into consideration quality requirements and safety regulations. The main activities related to this course are:
– Installing and programming automation, instrumentation, robotics and industrial control systems;
– Design electric, electronic, pneumatic and hyraulic schemes;
– Develop industrial automations using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), among many other activities.
