The aim of this short cycle course is to provide students with the necessary tools to work, together with the management of the company, in the planning, distribution and coordination of the production activities, equipment, materials and human resources that take part in the manufacturing process, fitting production quality and quantity to the clients’ needs. The main activities during this course will involve planning and managing production and stocks, logistics and distributions, operations’ management, financial planning, industrial safety, among many others.
