Technical Short Cycle in Electronic Trade

The aim of this short cycle course is to train professionals that are able to plan, implement and control digital marketing actions and give support in the management of online shops. Ensuring the level of competitiveness when in comes to operation execution, logistics and customer-oriented approach reinforcement through the online sales channels. Students will develop activities such as benchmarking, creation of promotional emails and banners, managing orders made through online channels, among many other activities.
